Please listen. Feel. I am complaining!
You spend too much time typing.
And the distance of table and chair is incorrect.
Hence I am sending ache-signals down your arm(s).

One would think you were bright enough to solve the issue by
arranging better furniture for your typing.
And also, to go for walks, to move about,
because as you know (?)
your back isn´t so strong either, for sitting still
in front of a screen for hours every day.

Get ut stand up move yourself about !
Listen to me, don´t overrule me !
I have immense powers to make you stop
activities I´m not comfortable with.
Your wellbeing depends on my co operation !
So shape up now, or I´ll ship out.
And then what, will you be able to do. Nada !

Consider this a warning.
Take my warning signs seriously.
Respect !

Ps, I do love you. Do you love me, though?

It feels peaceful.
As there are not many humans who´ve survived.
And those that have, are humble and grateful for life.
And very much aware that they need each other´s help.

No cars. Planes. Or other things with engines.
Not much fertile soil, either, anymore.
But we do have what we need. Not a lot more than that. But.
Enough to feel bodily at ease. And when the fruit trees are
ready to drop their succulent gifts, we party.

We are very lucky that we have competence amongst us who know
how to make the water drinkable.
Shelter wise we have managed to build some structures that keep us warm and dry.
(we hope to find a way of creating a heating system, though.
Our fireplaces are smokey and it´s a lot of work to keep it burning).

Sometimes we sit and exchange stories of what our lives used to be like.
But it always ends up in someone getting overwhelmed by grief. So.
We don´t go to the past in words very often.
We know that where we need to invest our energy, is now.
In order for there to be a future.
We want our children to grow up. And have children of their own.
They also need clean water and shelter and food.
We hope and dream to be able to rebuild
some of the social institutions we used to have in the old world.
Like for medicinal care. And passing on of knowledge (f.ex.the alphabet and such).

We are hopeful.
As being in hope is the only hope there is to be had.
I mean, if we surrender to sorrow...
which would be understandable under these circumstances of loss...
If we surrender to sorrow
there can not be a happy tomorrow.

That´s our mantra. We hold on to those words. And hope.
For... we don´t know what.
A positive surprise.

Which will occur as we die. Released form our earth binding.
But the nature of life is to keep trying to stay alive.
So we do what we need to do for our bodies to carry us well.
When we have eaten and drunk. we are exhausted from the work involved.
It´s a simple life.
But it is actually a more meaningful life that the way of the old world.
We co operate. We communicate. We live in peace.
When there is conflict, we all get involved.
Because we will all suffer from the loss of one member.
We need every head and hand that we have.
We can not afford violence.

Living in this future feels good, actually.
It feels bad too. Such is feelings.
But I laugh more frequently than I did before.
I feel cared for, seen and understood, I feel of value to my group.
I feel connected. To the outer realms and to my deepest core.

The world does not need saving by us,
it might come to need saving from us, though.

But if it does,
the world will gracefully get rid of us
and restore its balance.
The world will be okay.
It´s humanity that will be extinct, not the world.

If we keep treating our mother with the current violence,
she will simply keep reacting.
The ecosystem adjusts to our actions.

Seems we don´t want trees no longer, we prefer cardboard burgers.
We get what we want.
No trees, no air. Cars are super. So we don´t need fresh air.
Must have oil. So we choose that over clean water.

There are worse things than death.
So i´m not worried about the hows.

I do feel, though, that the young population
is getting an unfair deal.
Of cleaning up the elders´ act.

In order to restore our mother´s health
so she will care for us in the abundant way
she can when she is respected by the humans.

The world is safe.
It will be nice if we can save
our place in the ecosystem.

That they have a mysterious interconnection with eachother.

That we luckily don´t have to get them to live a lovely life.

That they look pretty

and

Signify a systematic way of grasping the strangest things.

I drove a big mercedes benz
movng van up to Norway

and together with my boyfriend and my daughter
I spent easter packing up my life´s belongings
leaving my wonderful flat in the mountain farmyard
behind


Leaving it, not to move away from something,
but to move into
something even more wonderful.

My future.

My dear self.
Myself, dear.

You know...we are one. The inner child, the inner woman and man.
The lower self, the higher.
You are not seperate from me.
I am you at your best, yes, to use a language we can think with.

My message from this higher view?

Just be you. Which includes me too.
Just...listen within.
Silence your mind from time to time, so I better can reach you.

We´ve got things to do, you know.
Ways to flow, stuff to grow.
We´re gonna have some serious fun.
So stay close to me, trust my quiet advice.

No hurry, no worry, just steady stepping towards...
goal by goal. In edible pieces. Be kind to yourself.
We are moving swiftly, gracefully, my dear lower self.
Hold on, lean on me. I will not let you down,
i.e. no self sabotage anylonger, no destructive escapism.
Stay tuned, and make it your priority to relax.

I love you, me.
I always have, but you haven´t been able to hear me tell you.
Now I / you / we are ready.
Just lean in and be sure I will carry you through.
We are safe. We are free. To do.
But most importantly;
to, all guiltlessly, simply allow self to be.

Yesterday I wrote about my highest self´s message for me.
Today it´s about its message to the world.

Let´s get it on.
Lets get this party movin`
Come on let´s groove on!

We can do it if we really want!
We can change our conditions for the better.
When we try, try and try, try and try....
We succeed at last.

We know our problem areas now:
Earth pollution. Threatening animals, including the species of us.
Integration. Building cross cultural understanding, to have peace. And joy.
Sharing the resources fairly. If people don´t starve and suffer other unmet needs,
we won´t have violence. Imagine that.

Of course there is hope.
Of course it´s not to late.
If we believe that, we will create that.

We want positive effects, we have to use positive energy.
Think positive.
Spread what it is we want: Happiness! Optimism! Community Belonging!

You may say I´m a dreamer
but I´m not the only one.
People every day are joining us,
understanding the world
must live as one.
